Promissory helps founders, employees, and investors set up and manage trusts to maximize tax savings from QSBS exemptions. Put simply, it is about writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

It makes the most sense for teams that produce a lot of documents. They also list Cloud Computing, Document Management, Finance, Financial Services and Legal Tech, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
