Prometric

Prometric provides technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions for organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Education. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

Prometric is based in Baltimore, Maryland and around since 1994. You can read more at prometric.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
