Projity

Projity is SaaS-based software providing project management solutions and an open source desktop alternative to Microsoft Project. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

The natural audience is teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Open Source and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Projity is based in San Mateo, California and founded in 2004. You can read more at projity.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Projity? Rate it.
