Project Planner

Project planner software is an easy and efficient way to plan your projects. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Project Planner is based in Dover, Delaware. Their site is projectplanner.ai.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Project Planner, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
