Programs 101

Programs 101 is a it services and consulting company. Programs 101 supplies custom FileMaker solutions that include database applications, job-oriented software, and licensing services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Database, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Programs 101 is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Their site is programs101.com.
