Programmed Response

Programmed Response offers software solutions and DoD contracting support, focusing on tool and technology selection. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Data Management, Software Engineering and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Programmed Response is based in Huntsville, Alabama. Their site is programmedresponse.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Programmed Response well, your review carries weight here.
