Professional Network Solutions

Professional Network Solutions provides data protection, website development, training, network support and IT consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Information Services, Training and Web Development. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Professional Network Solutions is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and around since 1999. Their site is pnsifl.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
