Professional Data Systems

Professional Data Systems is a software company for ProTrac Software. In practice that means keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

Who is it for? Mostly sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Alongside the main category they mention CRM and Wholesale. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Professional Data Systems is based in Lees Summit, Missouri. Their site is pdsi.com.

Before you commit, look at pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Professional Data Systems well, your review carries weight here.
