ProductUpdates

ProductUpdates is a data-backed tool for online shopping research. In practice that means building AI products and features, often for other companies.

It makes the most sense for companies adding AI to a product. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ProductUpdates is based in San Francisco, California. More on productupdates.org.

Our checklist for this category: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ProductUpdates, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
