Productivity Apex

Productivity Apex is a software development and consulting services company which provides technical and consulting services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Information and Communications Technology (ICT), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Productivity Apex is based in Winter Park, Florida. Their site is productivityapex.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Productivity Apex, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
