ProCog

ProCog is a "transparent" search engine with detailed ranking customization and powerful SEO and back-link analysis tools. Put simply, it is about finding the keywords, pages and backlinks that move search rankings.

It makes the most sense for content and growth teams. They also list Analytics, Search Engine and SEO, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ProCog is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. More on procog.com.
