Pro-Vigil

Pro-Vigil prides itself on being the largest and most effective provider of mobile and portable surveillance units. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Security, Video and Web Hosting. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Pro-Vigil is based in San Antonio, Texas and founded in 2006. You can read more at pro-vigil.com.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
