Pro-Posal

Pro-Posal provides cloud-based on-site estimating software with proposal creation, reminders, and PDF support. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

Who is it for? Mostly teams that want fewer tools. They also list Business Process Automation (BPA), so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pro-Posal is based in West Saint Paul, Minnesota. Their site is closethejob.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
