PRIZ Guru

Machine Assisted Facilitator for Problem-Solving and Innovation Projects. That is the short version of PRIZ Guru. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Innovation Management, Knowledge Management and Productivity Tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PRIZ Guru is based in Wilmington, Delaware and around since 2023. You can read more at priz.guru.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
