PrivateMail

PrivateMail provides encrypted email services with features like OpenPGP encryption, in-browser PGP key storage, and a calendar. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Storage and Email. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PrivateMail is based in Orlando, Florida. Their site is privatemail.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with PrivateMail, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
