PrimaFacie

PrimaFacie is a standalone application that can sync with Clio to provide immigration law firms a complete case management solution. Put simply, it is about cases, documents, time and billing for law firms.

The natural audience is solo practitioners to mid-size firms. Alongside the main category they mention Legal. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PrimaFacie is based in Holland, Michigan. Their site is primafacienow.com.

Things worth asking about: trust accounting, document automation, and client portals. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
