Pride Labs

Pride Labs is to develop the communications technologies innovated by EDGE into products. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services, Mobile Apps and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pride Labs is based in Waltham, Massachusetts and founded in 2013. Their site is pridelabs.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Pride Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
