Prelude Consulting

Prelude Consulting has been providing personalized IT solutions to a wide-ranging client base executing & supporting business applications. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Prelude Consulting is based in Harrison, Arkansas. You can read more at preludeconsultinginc.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
