Pragmatic Labs

The mission at Pragmatic Labs is to provide high-quality software development & consulting services to our clients. That is the short version of Pragmatic Labs. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pragmatic Labs is based in Portland, Oregon. You can read more at pragmaticlabs.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Pragmatic Labs? Rate it.
