Prabhav Services

Prabhav Services specializes in cloud services and data management, IT support, network support and server maintenance services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Management, Data Management and Technical Support, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Prabhav Services is based in Parsippany, New Jersey. More on prabhavonline.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Prabhav Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
