pptXTREME

pptXTREME is a tool that bring speed, simplicity, and add functionality to many key PowerPoint features. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services and Productivity Tools. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

pptXTREME is based in Orangeburg, New York and around since 2003. Their site is pptxtreme.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with pptXTREME, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
