Power Advocate

PowerAdvocate is an energy intelligence company. That is the short version of Power Advocate. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Energy and Renewable Energy. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Power Advocate is based in Boston, Massachusetts and around since 1999. Their site is poweradvocate.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Power Advocate well, your review carries weight here.
