Position POS LLC provides iPad-based POS solutions for retailers and restaurants, focusing on order management and credit card processing. The job it does: ringing up sales in person and syncing them with inventory.

The natural audience is shops, restaurants and pop-ups. They also list Finance and Point of Sale, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
