Portside Technologies Inc

Portside Technologies Inc is a management company providing solutions for corporate information management. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Portside Technologies Inc is based in Newburyport, Massachusetts. You can read more at portsidetechnologies.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Portside Technologies Inc, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
