Portal One Team

Portal One Team provides software development, digital marketing, mobile application, and web development services. Put simply, it is about running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Digital Marketing, Mobile Apps and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Portal One Team is based in San Diego, California. Their site is portaloneteam.com.

Our checklist for this category: who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
