Port Zero Ventures

Port Zero Ventures LLC tackles transportation issues and provides language translation services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Developer APIs, Procurement and Translation Service, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Port Zero Ventures is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You can read more at portzeroventures.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Port Zero Ventures, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
