Porada

Porada is a mentorship and career guidance platform that connects individuals and businesses with experienced industry experts. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Career Planning and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Porada is based in Delaware, Ohio. Their site is porada.app.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Porada, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
