Pony Express HQ

Here is Pony Express HQ in plain terms. SurudoPony Express is a mobile message marketing solution for businesses to run marketing campaigns on multiple mobile messaging channels. In practice that means running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

Who is it for? Mostly marketing teams with more than one channel. Alongside the main category they mention Marketing, Mobile, SMS and Telecommunications. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pony Express HQ is based in San Mateo, California and founded in 2017. You can read more at getponyexpress.com.

Things worth asking about: CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Pony Express HQ well, your review carries weight here.
