Polwire

Polwire is a website providing streamlined access to press releases and social media posts from politicians and government agencies. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Neuroscience, News, Semantic Search, Social Media and Video Streaming, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Polwire is based in Washington, District of Columbia. Their site is polwire.com.
