Polar IT Services

Polar IT Services provides data science and cloud computing services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Big Data, Business Intelligence and Cloud Computing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Polar IT Services is based in Elkridge, Maryland. More on polarits.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Polar IT Services well, your review carries weight here.
