Podium is a customer communication platform for businesses who interact with customers on a local level. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. They also list Collaboration, Consumer Reviews and Messaging, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large product team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.
