Pocketlab

Here is Pocketlab in plain terms. A wireless Senser that streams real time data. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Electronics, Real Time and Wireless. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Pocketlab is based in Mountain View, California. More on thepocketlab.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Pocketlab well, your review carries weight here.
