PMBO

PMBO is a property management software company that provides vacation rental properties and travel services. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Housekeeping Service, Mobile Apps, Property Management and Rental. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PMBO is based in Denver, Colorado. Their site is pmbo.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
