Plottr

Plottr is an easy-to-use visual outlining software. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. They also list Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Plottr is based in Orem, Utah. Their site is plottr.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
