Plesion

PLESION is an app with a local feed to be aware of local, nearby, real-life opportunities. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Plesion is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is plesion.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Plesion? Rate it.
