Playon

Here is Playon in plain terms. Mobile App, Activity Platform. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Fitness, Leisure, Social and Sports. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Playon is based in New Buffalo, Michigan and founded in 2014. You can read more at playonapp.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
