Playlist provides routing, auto merge, ticket merge, customer 360, and agent dashboard products for Zendesk apps. In practice that means keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

Who is it for? Mostly sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list CRM, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
