PlaybookUX

PlaybookUX is an end-to-end user experience testing software built to automate the process of extracting insights from customers. Put simply, it is about running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PlaybookUX is based in New York, New York and around since 2018. Their site is playbookux.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with PlaybookUX, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
