Platinum Proposals Group

Platinum Proposals Group is an IT consultancy that provides voice, video, data transport, hosting, cloud, and support services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Cloud Data Services and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Platinum Proposals Group is based in Mclean, Virginia and founded in 2014. More on platinumproposalsgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
