PlanPocket

PlanPocket is one of the widely used construction management app on iOS and Web-based platforms in USA for Construction Industry. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Construction and Mobile Apps. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
