Pioneer Solutions

Pioneer Solutions ́ mission is to provide enterprise-wide Trading and Risk Management and Environmental software solutions to our clients. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Finance, Management Information Systems and Trading Platform. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pioneer Solutions is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado and around since 2002. Their site is pioneersolutionsglobal.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
