Pinnacle Consulting Group

Pinnacle group is a consulting firm providing services for government and private organisations. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Government and Legal. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Pinnacle Consulting Group is based in Loveland, Colorado and founded in 2003. You can read more at pcgi.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
