PieSoft

PieSoft is a software development and consultant company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PieSoft is based in Reston, Virginia. Their site is piesoft.us.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with PieSoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
