PHQRL Provides e-wellness management systems that deliver medical nutrition therapy, diabetes management education, and wellness counseling. That is the short version of PHRQL. The job it does: scheduling, records, billing and compliance for clinics and providers.

The natural audience is practices and healthcare organizations. They also list Health Care, so expect those to show up in the feature set.
