Phoenix Operations Group

Phoenix Operations Group is a software design company that offers cloud infrastructure, big data analytics and machine learning services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Big Data, Cloud Infrastructure and Machine Learning. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Phoenix Operations Group is based in Marriottsville, Maryland. Their site is phoenix-opsgroup.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
