Phly

PaaS and Mobile App. That is the short version of Phly. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Charity, Mobile Apps, PaaS and Transaction Processing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Phly is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2018. You can read more at phly.ai.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
