Phasorsoft Group

Phasorsoft Group is an IT staffing and software development solutions company. Put simply, it is about posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Staffing Agency and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Phasorsoft Group is based in Flowood, Mississippi. You can read more at phasorsoft.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
