Petrics

Petrics is a pet healthcare technology company located in Wilmington, NC. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

The natural audience is retailers and brands. They also list Consumer Electronics, Electronics and Retail, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Petrics is based in Wilmington, North Carolina and around since 2015. You can read more at petrics.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Petrics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
