Petrasoft

Petrasoft designs and implements custom software solutions along with offering testing, deployment, training, support, and maintenance. In practice that means delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. Related areas on their profile: Oil and Gas and Training. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Petrasoft is based in Houston, Texas and around since 2007. Their site is petrasoft.com.
