Pesante Analytics LLC

Pesante Analytics is a business intelligence consultancy that offers analytics, dashboard development, and reporting automation services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics and Business Intelligence, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pesante Analytics LLC is based in Jacksonville, Florida. Their site is pesanteanalytics.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
